Today, my VA benefits were approved! This would not have occurred without the assistance of Gordon & Partners. I thank everyone involved, the two attorneys that I worked with first Thomas Faragoi and then Michael Hoffman. I mostly worked hand-and-hand with attorney Michael Hoffman's two paralegals, Heather Hartley and Amanda Dominick. I love you two! All of your direction and advice was greatly needed!

If you been in an accident, DO NOT CALL THESE PPL! They are never available to take calls or answer questions. They don't return calls and when case settles they make up a bunch of reasons to hold money in "escrow". They have withheld my money for 6 months over a bogus medical charge.. and Meg the assistant is impossible communicate with. This was a mistake using these ppl! (I must say Alona is nice, wish she wld train staff better)

I was excited when I first spoke with Attorney Michael Hoffman. My previous attorney had recommended this firm when he reached a point with the VA that he had not seen before. We had won our higher level review, and they were told to correct previous decisions, but after receiving the new rating, they had failed to change anything. So, when Mr. Hoffman heard the specifics of my case and assured me that he would be able to help me, I looked forward to working with them. I had an existing decision that we could appeal, and after I had signed all the paperwork and they were representing me, we discovered that by appealing this decision I would get about 18 months of back pay that I would not if we started a new appeal. The VA sent me a letter that stated we had 30 days to appeal that decision, and I immediately spoke with the legal team at Gordon to make sure they were aware of this time constraint. We also emailed them and told them the same information so that we would have documentation that they had been informed of this (good thing we did too). A few days before the 30 days was up, I both emailed and called them to check the status and make sure they were aware of the impending deadline... they assured me all was being handled. The VA called me and told me I had missed the deadline several weeks later, and I informed them that my attorney had assured me that it was being handled. They informed me that the attorney had done nothing. I asked what I could do, and they told me that there was another decision that I could appeal , but that I would not get the backpay if it was successful. I asked what I needed to do to make that happen, and then I did it all myself. I immediately called the office to find out what had happened, was forwarded to a voice-mail, which I left, and then waited. I sent them an email to see what happened. Over the next few months, I would leave many more voice-mails, and send many more emails.. The last response I got from them was May 5th. It is now November 30th. 6 months without a phone call, email, or any explanation at all is not only unprofessional, it is downright unacceptable. I emailed them to tell them they were fired today, and suddenly I get a response?!? They want to talk to me now?!? Lol. Too late. Unbelievable. Avoid this one like the plague guys... there are far too many attorneys that really do care about Vets out there to deal with the likes of these people. You all deserve to be treated better, and so do I. The only question that remains to be answered at this point is this: Do I file a formal complaint against them with the FL Bar? They did cost me 18 months of back pay... what do you think?

I had a very positive experience with Gordon and Partners. Getting into an accident is stressful and overwhelming, but the support I received from their team, Paralegal Gloria Polillo especially, made the experience easy. I hope I never need them again, but I would definitely use them again.

Gordon and Partners deserves a ten plus for their exceptional service. It is with great honor to recommend Gloria Pollio of Gordon and Partners, an exceptional attorney in Palm Beach County, Florida. Ms. Pollio won my case, chiefly because she is detailed oriented, competent, and possess effective communication skills. Furthermore, I admire her ability to negotiate through stressful negotiations, which is greatly useful to current and future clients. I also loved her compassion with keeping me focus on my recovery versus the case itself while receiving proper treatment. Her work has exceeded my expectations. Gordon and Partners truly knows how to get the job done! Thanks Gloria Pollio and the team at Gordon and Partners for all your hard work and dedication. You are the BEST LAW FIRM EVER! Sincerely, M. Mays

I doubt this review will make any difference, but here it is. I contacted this firm 6 weeks ago and spoke to a representative named Mirasol. The firm decided they would represent me after they received my VA files and sent me an e-sign link to sign a contract. I immediately read the contract, signed and initialed all the paperwork and submitted it. I waited a few weeks, and called back just to get a status update. I spoke to an attorney named Heather, that stated I needed to wait about 3 weeks, until an attorney is assigned the case. 5 weeks passed and had yet to hear from anyone, so I wrote Mirasol to get an update. Two days later Mirasol called me and told me they had never received the e-sign document, that these documents were time sensitive and that the firm could not longer represent me. I of course was very confused because I clearly filled out all the documents and had a conversation about it with Heather. After a few minutes I asked if they could send me a new contract, to which she stated she could not. I was even more confused and asked her to please check with the 3rd party vendor (e-sign) to verify that I had done my paperwork over a month ago. She put me on hold, and approximately 5 minutes later another representative picked up the phone and said " Can I help you?" I stated I was holding for Marisol. She then replied "Yes, the firm can no longer represent you, have a nice day okay." and hung up on me. There was no explanation, no nothing. I clearly understand lawyers don't do this for free, it's all about the money, but to leave someone with out an explanation who's been waiting for 6 weeks to speak to an attorney, is mind boggling to me. Poor customer service, and now I am having to scramble to find someone to represent me.
