I was very discouraged and depressed by VA's decrease of my disability compensation for reasons my doctors said were not medically reasonable. A friend recommended a lawyer but she was not able to take the case. She referred me to an attorney at your firm who has since left. Enter Ms Heather Hartley, then a paralegal. Ms Hartley's efforts went far beyond my highest expectations. Zealous advocacy does not begin to cover the work she did on my behalf. After reviewing my record, she suggested several new and supplemental claims and then filed them expertly. One of these was for an increase in rating for PTSD. That claim was approved and from 50%, I am now rated 100%. I would not have thought to claim that without her suggestion. I was a client who needed a lot of "hand holding" because of my past discouragement with VA. I was pessimistic and downhearted. Ms Hartley understood completely and did everything she possibly could to encourage me not to give up. Ms Hartley is now an attorney there. I recommend that you do everything and anything to retain her and promote her as soon as possible. Ms Hartley will become a superstar.

The firm is always answer my question and they are a very professional law firm.

Hired this firm to represent me with my VA case. Never returned calls, and will not do anything for you unless you keep calling them and push them around. Wasted over 6 months with them. For VA cases please don't waste your time, they don't have the expertise for it. Will not recomand to anyone for sure.
