I contacted Attorney Andrew Sando to see if he could help me with the citation I received from Florida Fish and Wildlife. Out of five lawyers I have spoken to, Attorney Sando was the only one who understood my situation. He did not ask me to hire him immediately; instead, he took time to study and research my case. Although he did not legally represent me and could not provide legal advice, he could speak to the State Attorney about my case. The resolution was provided after his preliminary talks with the State Attorney, and the charge was amended to a non-criminal infraction. Attorney Sando was a man with integrity. He listens and provides alternative solutions. He communicates well and does his job to make things right. I recommend him to anyone who needs legal assistance.

He helped me to understand my rights, the truth in my situation and lifted a huge stressful weight off of my chest. I'm glad that I found him and was able to be counseled. He is efficient, heard what I had to say, and is clearly very knowledgable. I recommend him to everyone and if I ever need to seek legal representation again, I know I'll be returning to him. I’m typically a lawyer-avoiding type of person and don’t generally trust they have my best interests at heart, but dealing with Mr. Sando was completely different from what I expected. He was the most kind and compassionate person I could have imagined when I called. We used his legal services when my nephew got wrongfully charged by the FWC with out of all things – 3 felonies – over a fish he didn’t even possess. It seemed impossible that a sophomore in college was going to get a criminal charge over a non-existent fish violation and I was scared of how it would affect his chances with jobs and his future right from the start. Mr. Sando helped us SO much, listened to my nephew kindly and helped him understand his rights in the situation. He navigated the court process for us and worked on correcting how the FWC charged my nephew and got him a much more reasonable resolution appropriate to the situation. It was clear that Mr. Sando truly understands the law and wants to help people in his line of work with defense. He is an angel working in an industry is often intimidating and can feel like they’re out to get money without caring about the people involved. I wish every lawyer acted like Mr. Sando, we might have nicer jokes about them! ;-)

Can’t thank Attorney Sando enough. Drew Sando called me Sat afternoon after I initiated a chat through his website Friday evening.I was not expecting a live person on the chat nor was I expecting Attorney Sando himself to return my call on a Sat. He took the time to talk with me on the phone for at least 20 to 30 minutes on a Sat giving me advice and talking with me about the issue. I could tell he loves what he does and cares about people. The option that I choice and the option he also recommended didn’t even require an attorney or fees. So the conversation ended with great advice and no attorney needed. Hello to anyone who is reading. I’ve never been one to leave a review for anything but let me say, Drew and Sando Law P.A. deserve these five stars and if I had the option to give more stars I would. I received a couple citations from FWC while out on the boat one day and one of them was a misdemeanor. As someone who has never been involved with a criminal offense of any type, I had never gotten in contact with an attorney before. I was doubtful I’d be able to afford help from an attorney. In fact, I was so doubtful that at one point I thought I would just plead guilty to the misdemeanor and move on. I decided not to do that and so I dialed Drew’s number after coming across Sando Law P.A’s website online. From the very beginning, Drew gave me his full attention and in one phone call was able to give me the advice I needed to get the misdemeanor dropped and sure enough, I was able to resolve it.
