I seeked legal help for a worker’s comp case by Michelle Chase and Samantha Hurtado! They were both very knowledgeable and both answered any and all of my questions and I had a lot of questions. They were patient with me and explained everything in depth in layman’s terms! I would recommend Michelle for anything related to worker’s comp! Felt like things were dragging but that’s the legal system for you! I won my case and got more money than what was in my head number wise so I’m happy with the outcome, now I look forward to moving on from it!

I've had the BEST representation from team Eric Lakind, Kim & Lisa! It's taken 3 long years of pain management, physical therapy and hope to push through to the other side. I was injured on the job and my career in home health was over in June 2020. I have just settled and am looking forward to taking the money I get and doing amazing things with it. They settled my workman's comp settlement, I picked them because they get paid a percentage of what is settled meaning if they want to get paid they will work for you. I appreciate the professionalism from them when I asked stupid legal questions they were always verry helpful even when I was frustrated. I can thankfully have money to pay for future medical bills with my back injury and be able to pay off my debts from missing work and and have money left over. Thank you all so much
