I would like to thank Kim,Lisa and Judd, for their swift and professional actions in my case. On a Sunday after being injured at work i had numerous questions about my case. I decided to get on the web and look for assistance. After completing a brief form I received a response from Kim. In less than fifteen minutes she and I spoke and determined I needed assistance, ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON NO LESS! Once the case was taken, anytime I had a question or requested advice, I received an answer at the time of contact or no more than thirty minutes. Every employee at the office was very professional and personable After meeting with Judd, I was much more at ease and felt more comfortable every step of the way. Whenever something happens to us in our lives we often turn to Google for help I know that I do and in this situation, I am very greatful I did exactly that. Google lead me to this law firm. All my questions were answered in a very timely manner!! I was treated with care, dignity, and respect, I was made number 1 even haveing a case that was small, the teams of paralegals and lawyers made me feel like it was number 1 on the firms priority list. Personally I am not good with remembering dates and appointments, thankfully I was always reminded via e mail and via snail mail of any upcoming events that I would need to be present at. As my case came to a conclusion every decision was my decision I always asked do you want to do x,y and z. They did not make my choices for me. I am more then pleased!!! I would especially like to thank Laura Oquendo for all her hard work! Laura had answers to all my anxiety ridden questions and concerns that probably were really not necessarily issues questions and concerns that I needed to really worry about! But at times like these we all have anxiety about if we are doing the rite things and she never made me feel as though I was way too worried or that my concerns were not necessary, And I thank you for that.
