While riding a bicycle in Palm Beach, FL I was hit by a car. The terrible car accident was not my fault. The other driver illegally passed and ran into my path. I immediately hired Mark Clark as my personal injury lawyer. I hired Mr. Clark because he is well respected in the community, and had earned this respect with other lawyers I know. My experience with Mr. Clark and his law firm was exceptional. I found Mr. Clark to have extreme commitment to his clients, and he was patient with me through my difficult time. He promptly returned my calls and answered my concerns. He guided me through the entire process with understanding, encouragement and complete professionalism. The bottom line is Mr. Clark is always on top of the game. The results I achieved were far better than I anticipated. December 27, 2013 was the worst day of my life. I lost a son, my younger son lost a brother and a future caretaker, but worst of all, my only grandson lost his Dad. The only parent he had. He was killed in an accident that never should have happened. A poorly manufactured Chinese Tire seemed to be the only cause for the accident and I was told that no one could win any kind of law suit against the Chinese. They were wrong. I had spoken to one attorney who said that I should call the law firm of Clark Fountain. I thank my God everyday that I took his advice and made that phone call and left a message. Within 30 minutes my call was returned by Mark Clark who arranged for me to meet with the firm and discuss the case. After that meeting the burden was lifted. They took total control and went to work. They spend countless hours investigating the entire accident. Over a five year period they discovered that many others were responsible for this accident other than just the Chinese manufacturer of the tire. Yes the tire proven to be defective was the catalyst. But, the septic tanker truck my son was driving was manufactured in such a way that it became an accident waiting to happen. After the tire blew the truck was uncontrollable. They invested not only their time but also their finances. They hired specialists and engineers in their fields to investigate. They were always available when we had questions or did not fully understand things. They certainly went the extra mile in helping my grandson. He was only 14yrs at the time. They became and are still very close and important friends that will always be a part of our lives. I was amazed as I sat in the court room during a two week long trial and watched and listen. Four attorneys, Don Fountain, Hampton Keen, Julie Littky-Rubin, Jason Cornell, and paralegal Pete Love work together tirelessly. The only way to describe them is very together team. If it were a football team they would be in the Super Bowl. After each day and sometimes evening in court I left to go home and have dinner and rest. They would go back to the office and work planning for the next day in court. I also found out on some nights they never went home but spent the night at the office. Would I recommend them? Do you really need to ask? Believe me there is no better law firm. Oh and if you are curious to know the outcome of the trial we won hands down. My local atty called Nancy for a referral on a Friday morning. I called Monday and never got a call back. So I called Thursday am and spent more time on hold than talking to Nancy about rods that go in the back that broke. She just gave me a 30 sec talk and said NO, thru break easy. Well yeah they break easy in scoliosis patients but I'm not that. And I tried to tell her that my dr completely missed that a 2nd rod was broken and she still shut me down that they break. I wanted to see about my surgeon having missed the broken rod could I go after his liability because now I am facing a 2nd surgery in less than 6 months. Very rude and give no time to ask a question or explain. Glad I didnt make a in person consult and drive the 2 hrs to see her to just brush me off. Whole call was 3 min 7 seconds and I spent half that on hold.

I never expected to be in need of an attorney for medical malpractice; however, there I was in an extremely scary situation needing support and guidance. Nancy LaVista and her staff provided me with just that. They presented as kind, compassionate and professional throughout the entire process. I never doubted that I was in the right hands and I will be forever grateful for Nancy’s support and expertise.

I was referrred to this law firm through a family friend. They raved about how thorough they were and assured me that my father's case would be handled by the best. All I can say is if you ever need a malpractice attorney THESE lawyers won't do anything to help you. The lack of communication from this firm is pathetic- to put it nicely. My father was misdiagnosed and had an unecessary surgery and only wanted justice so this would not happen to anyone else. After a year of dragging out information and a lack of persistence on their part they dropped the case. Not to mention my poor mother doing THEIR job! She has found more information on her own in a week and this firm got nowhere in a year! Not to mention how rude Nancy was when speaking to my mother over the phone. Then in the firms paperwork they had the audacity to blame my parents for not turning over information that THEY shouldve obtained for them! The lack of professionalism with this law firm astounds me beyond belief. Im sure all the good reviews on this site are friends and family because I couldnt imagine anyone having a good experience or getting anywhere with these people. Dont waste your time with this firm!!

They are very rude..especially Nancy LaVista! They drug out our case for over a year and then abruptly called and dropped the case! Due to not being able to find the proper channels for our medical malpractice law suit. Not to mention, Ken Dishman, mistakenly sent certified mail to three wrong addresses except the pathology department, where the sample was diagnosed incorrectly! We never spoke with the attorney that we hired “Mike Smith”, except for the one time at the 1st appointment! No personal attention from this company whatsoever!

The receptionist has to be the nicest guy ever! I would love him to be the voice of every call center! he is very well spoken young man as well as respectful. Also thank you David for helping my father in his case, these really are the best of the best in the U.S.A!
