I’d highly recommend this practice. Marci and her assistant Bianca made what was a stressful period truly seamless. From the moment we walked in the office was clean and inviting. Marci is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable of the law she was thorough and patient in explaining our options at every step. She made herself available to us whenever needed even outside of the regular 9-5 due to mine and my husbands work schedule. She was relentless in fighting to to get us justice, but what stood out most to us was how sweet and empathetic Marci was throughout this process. We were treated like family and we are truly thankful we put our trust in Smith Ball & Baez injury law.
