If there was a rating for 100 stars, I would give Scott Smith ALL 100 STARS! My wife was rear ended and Scott Smith was able to win HUGE for us. My case was handled by Marci Ball and her incredibly competent assistant Bianca Perlet. I received excellent advice from Ms Ball. She was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. My phone calls were either taken immediately or returned shortly thereafter. All my questions were answered promptly, Ms Ball kept impeccable records of everything associated with my case the end of which resulted in a mediation.
