Scott has helped me through a very tough time in my life with the utmost professionalism, all whilst making me feel like a friend and calming my nerves - he truly cared about my case and it was evidenced by the way he handled it and his attention to detail. I didn't feel like I was just a file on his desk. Scott has handled all necessary paperwork in the quickest manner and never took more than 30 minutes to respond to an email or a text from me - he has been truly accessible throughout my case and was always on top of things. I could not have done it myself and Scott was absolutely instrumental to my immigration case.
