Going through divorce is difficult. Going through a highly contentious divorce can be a nightmare! This was my reality. Jeffrey D’Amore and his highly experienced legal team went above and beyond the call of duty to fight for my best possible outcome, and in the end, that is exactly what I got! Jeffrey faced 4 different opposing counsels, multiple mediations, long discovery sessions, several hearings, and a full day in trial on my case. Opposition was tough, and there was no reasonable settlement in sight outside of the court room. People say 95% of divorced couples settle outside of court, but unfortunately my case fell in the 5% category. I knew we had to be well prepared for my day in court, as there were a lot of complexities and I was coming out of a 21-year marriage. Jeffrey’s extreme attention to technical details, his knowledge of the law, and his unwavering discipline to defend my case dominated the multiple opposing counsels he was challenged by. I was definitely pleased with the service I got, I was scared when I first got my case that I would be going to prison, and Matthew Konecky was able to do the best job anybody could have done. I was in a minor car accident and received a ticket for Careless Driving. I hadn't had an accident in over 30 years, so I was upset that I got a ticket. I felt we were both at fault, but since I was the one who rear-ended the other guy, I was at fault. Being concerned about my insurance going up, the cost of the ticket and having to go to traffic school, I decided to contact Matthew to see what he thought.
