Drew is amazing! It's not possible how to over-state how awesome of a service he provides. I called him by change - nervous - because I found myself in trouble while hunting. He was the third lawyer I had called. He immediately differentiated himself with his notable experience. He's a clear communicator and walks you through through the entire process. You know every step. I was prosecuted in a county that was not my own. He saved multiple 4+ hour trips to court hearings. Called me with every new update. In the end, everything worked out infinitely better than I could have possibly imagined. Great guy all around!

I was given a citation by FWC, I had no idea it was criminal, I treated it like a parking ticket, I was going to take care of it myself.. well after talking to a few people I found it was a misdemeanor, still had no clue how much trouble Id gotten into. I was told there is not a lawyer out here that knows FWC laws and I was essentially screwed. I thought that can't be right. So I googled and Sando Law was the first one that popped up and he was a prosecutor at one time for FWC, that alone sold me. well Mr Sando calmed me right down, and got to work, even the SA's don't know the FWC laws, it really is sad, without going into detail my case ended up being unique. Mr. Sandow dove right in was able to get my case dismissed. I woudn't have been able to get through this without him. I wont hesitate to call him again, although I really hope I never need to. In the summer of 2022 I had an incident with the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission. I unknowingly violated a few regulations. Mr. Sando was excellent in my case even before I retained his services. He spent 2 hours on the phone with me explaining my situation and informing of the policies and what I may be up against. He is very knowledgeable in this realm of the law and advised me through my circumstances. He told me from day one that he would see this through and even after I had completed my minimal sentence, thanks to Mr. Sando, he checked in on my case and found that the court had not given me the proper paperwork to show that I had completed my minimum sentence. Mr. Sando quickly saw this through and obtained the needed paperwork for me to ensure that I had completed my sentence and was done with this matter for good. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is in need of legal defense. Especially in the realm of fish and wildlife.

I am European and I went on vacation to the Florida Keys for my first time and I didn ‘t know anything about fishing rules . I was enjoying my vacation in a beautiful resort on the beach , doing snorkeling I realized to be surrounded by hundreds lobsters , very easy to catch . I was feeling like a kid and I caught a few of them, someone saw me and called the wildlife police , I was charged with 6 counts and all the local lawyers told me to be ready to spend at least one week in jail and I didn ‘t have any criminal records . I was an anxious mess when my boyfriend was arrested due to a suspended license amongst other things which we weren’t aware of at the time. Well what was a great day offshore fishing . Turned into a royal pain in the a&$. As we got to the dock. We were stopped by an FWC officer. Who proceeded to check our fish and license. We complied and had a few issues as the officer would state. 1st. Told me that a lifetime lic on my driver lic meant nothing to him , I needed the hard card. And then proceeded to attempt to measure my catch told me one was under size by almost an inch. Anglers do your home work. As I did and I tried to state the facts to the officer but he wasn’t having it. So I bite my tongue and went home with the tickets. I then called my now and forever attorney Andrew Sando As we talked on the phone , tell as much as you can, and don’t make up a story to better yourself . The more facts your attorney has the better off you are. As he went through the investigation, he was able to see and hear the officer and my self speaking. As it all came to light Mr.Sando was able to have all charges dropped due to insufficient policing by the FWC officer not knowing the laws he’s supposed to enforce. 1.A marlin on the back of a driver lic is a lifetime saltwater lic 2. Red grouper to properly measure place the bottom lip to the edge of the ruler and “pinch the tail” this will give the full measurements of the catch.
