What a great experience with both Bianca Perlet and with my attorney Marci Ball. They took care of all the details including my personal recovery, negotiating bills and payments, and making sure I am protected should any future concerns arise. Marci checked on me after each of my neck injections and was a tremendous source of support. She took calls and texts any time of day or weekend and responded quickly. Marci encouraged me to be sure I was ready to settle, never any pressure. Bianca arranged for contactless settlement and worked with the billing departments on my behalf.
