Mr Burkhart listened, grasped the complexity of the situation with my builder, and gave me solid advice to successfully negotiate a positive outcome with my builder. He stepped me through how to go about this and explained that I had the upper hand. He is knowledgeable, courteous and practical.

I am not sure who is complaining, but I have had a totally different experience. It seems outrageous to claim that you have received the FPL bill for a law firm, perhaps you are confused? In any event, the intake staff was professional and responsive. My attorney and paralegal took time with me to answer questions, but did not over charge me, and they under promised and over delivered. I would use Paul Burkhart's office again in a flash and I am sorry to hear that someone felt the need to bash them. In any event, don't believe everything you read. They will consult with you for free, so, make your own decision.
