Robyn is terrific! I cannot say enough positive things about her. From start to finish she was a pleasure to work with. She clearly explained every step in the process. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. She was very fair with the billing, and delegated many tasks to her wonderful paralegals. I never felt concerned or confused with any of her billing statements. She was worth every penny I spent. She helped me get a very fair settlement. I don't wish for anyone to go through a divorce, but anyone who is should hire Robyn. She is the best!

I had the privilege of working with Attorney Robyn Weiss recently, and I cannot sing her praises enough. Robyn is an outstanding legal professional who exceeded my expectations and demonstrated a level of care and foresight that truly sets her apart from the rest. If you're in need of an attorney who is not only highly skilled but also ethical, approachable, and fair in their pricing, look no further than Robyn Weiss. From our very first consultation, it was evident that Robyn genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, patiently addressed all my questions, and made me feel comfortable discussing the intricate details of my legal matter. Her ability to empathize with her clients and offer genuine support during what can be a very stressful time is truly remarkable. Robyn's legal expertise is second to none. Her foresight and attention to detail are unparalleled. She meticulously examined every aspect of my case, leaving no stone unturned. Her proactive approach ensured that we were well-prepared for any potential challenges and instilled in me confidence that my legal matters were in the best hands possible. One of the most refreshing aspects of working with Robyn is her commitment to transparency and fairness in billing. In an industry where some attorneys tend to overcharge or gauge their clients, Robyn's honesty and integrity shine through. She provided me with a clear and detailed breakdown of her fees, and I never felt like I was being charged for unnecessary services or hidden costs. Robyn is committed to delivering exceptional value to her clients, and it shows in her billing practices. Throughout the entire legal process, Robyn demonstrated a rare blend of professionalism, empathy, and legal acumen that left me thoroughly impressed. Her ability to navigate complex legal matters with finesse and grace is truly commendable. In conclusion, if you're in need of a dedicated, knowledgeable, and ethical attorney who genuinely cares about your well-being, Robyn Weiss is the one to call. I couldn't be happier with the exceptional legal representation I received, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of legal services. Thank you, Robyn and your team, for your outstanding work!

I first came to Robyn's office when contemplating my divorce. She provided me with a clear outline of what to expect and what was to come during the consultation. Once hired, she guided me through the entire process and was so helpful. Honestly, I feel like I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. She was understanding through all the ups and downs and ensured that the right processes were followed. Even prior to the final hearing went through all the questions with me to ensure I was prepared. She graciously managed the ex-partner and kept things going easily and smoothly. 10/10!!!!

I was injured in a motor vehicle accident. I was rear ended by a distracted motorist. My vehicle sustained a 5,000 dollar repair cost. Mr Konecky handled my case from the beginning to the end . He made sure my physical health was taking care of. Also he made sure I was not tricked to sign any misleading statements by the other vehicle insurance company. He Kept in touch with my insurance company and my personal wellness along the way. It’s not fun to get hit from the rear by another vehicle, but without Mr Konecky, my case would not have gone anywhere. Thank you Mr Konecky. If you want a Lawyer that see you as a person, a human being who got hurt ; Mr Konecky is the lawyer you want to trust with your case.

Lloyd has been our brokerage firm’s primary securities litigation attorney for many years now. He always has our best interest at hand and he is undoubtedly one of the most experienced, well rounded, and effective securities attorneys currently practicing. I would recommend Lloyd without reservation to any securities firm, be it large or small, needing representation in a complex litigation, FINRA arbitration, and labor and employment litigation.

Lloyd's legal advice and trial skills were outstanding. He indicated from the start that our case was very strong which lead me to not want to settle and go to trial. We were victorious at trial and were also awarded costs and fees. I would highly recommend Lloyd not only for his legal skills but also his honesty and integrity.

Can a Lawyer Represent Me in Courts Outside of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida?

Whether a lawyer can represent you in courts outside of your city or state depends on their licensure and the jurisdiction of the court:

  • Within the Same State:
Lawyers licensed in a particular state can typically practice anywhere within that state, including all cities and counties. They can represent you in both state and federal courts located in that state.
  • Outside of Their Licensed State:
If your case is in a different state, the lawyer must be licensed in that state to represent you. However, there are exceptions:
    • Pro Hac Vice Admission: An out-of-state lawyer can request special permission to represent a client in a specific case in another state. This requires filing a motion with the court and often working in conjunction with a local attorney.
    • Federal Courts: If your case is in federal court, a lawyer licensed in any state may be able to represent you, provided they are admitted to practice in that particular federal court.
  • International Representation:
For cases outside the United States, different rules apply, and the lawyer may need to comply with the foreign country's legal requirements or collaborate with local counsel.

It's important to discuss your specific situation with the lawyer to determine if they can represent you in the desired jurisdiction and what steps may be necessary to do so.

How to Check the Credibility of a Lawyer

Before hiring a lawyer, it's crucial to verify their credibility and ensure they're qualified to handle your case:

  • Verify Their License:
Check with your state's bar association to confirm the lawyer is licensed and in good standing. Most state bar websites have an online directory for this purpose.
  • Experience and Specialization:
Ensure the lawyer specializes in the area of law relevant to your case. Review their website, professional profiles, and case history.
  • Disciplinary Record:
Look up any history of disciplinary actions or complaints through the state bar association's records.
  • Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Google, or Yelp to gauge client satisfaction and experiences.
  • Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field and adherence to high ethical standards.
  • Awards and Recognitions:
Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation in the legal community.
  • Consultation Assessment:
Use the initial consultation to evaluate their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to address your concerns.
  • Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their abilities and professionalism.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  • Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as:
    • Contracts or agreements
    • Correspondence (emails, letters, texts)
    • Legal notices or court papers
    • Financial records (if applicable)
    • Evidence (photos, videos, receipts)
  • Written Summary:
Prepare a concise written summary of your situation, including key dates, events, and parties involved. This helps the lawyer quickly understand the context.
  • List of Questions:
Write down any questions you have about your case, the legal process, fees, or the lawyer's experience.
  • Financial Information:
If your case involves financial matters, bring relevant documents like pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or invoices.
  • Contact Information:
Provide details of any witnesses or other parties relevant to your case, including their names and contact information.
  • Personal Identification:
Bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Pen and Notebook:
Take notes during the consultation to remember important points discussed.
  • Budget Constraints:
Be ready to discuss your budget and any financial limitations so the lawyer can provide appropriate guidance on fees and payment options.
  • Openness and Honesty:
Be prepared to discuss your case candidly. Full disclosure allows the lawyer to give accurate advice and anticipate potential challenges.
