From the time you walk in you are welcomed at the reception with a warm smile by Isabel, then the legal team in the back is always ready to help you. Vicki was outstanding at her job and as busy as she is, she was still so responsive to my concerns over the phone or getting back to me quickly over email. Prior to this accident, I was in another accident (neither of which were my (or my driver's) fault). In the prior accident, I was with a law firm that was supposed to be the best. Not true!
