Where to start… You know when in hindsight you think and say ‘I wish I would have found someone else?’ well this isn’t it, of all the things that went wrong the day that I got rear-ended, the best thing was to call Mr. Ray Ledezma. WOW!! he called me back immediately and I met with him next day, he was genuinely concerned about me and explained the whole scenario to me. This was without knowing what the other person’s insurance limits were. I’m so thankful that I read some reviews like this that made me take the best decision that day. I could have called one of those big companies that you see or hear advertisements for, and they would have paired me up with a paralegal and a Junior attorney, I can almost see it, I wouldn’t have gotten half of what I did. You need someone like Mr. Ledezma to be involved in every aspect of the case so you can get the best outcome, you’d ask… ‘yeah but how do I know that he can fight for me better than the big companies?... I’ll tell you how I know, we were against one of the biggest law firms in commercial insurance litigation ( I wish I could say who they were), and a battery of attorneys were copied on every single court document, not to mention that they were representing one of the biggest names in insurance Coverage. Right before we started trial ‘they’ came to us wanting to settle the case after not being even reasonable at mediation. It was like that movie Rain Maker with Matt Damon, well this wasn’t Ray Ledezma’s first rodeo he has plenty of experience. and we didn’t get to meet Danny the Vito Long story short, if you are reading this because you need help and have been in an accident? WHAT are you doing??? Call Ray Ledezma right away and seek some medical help!! You will be forever grateful you did, and you can thank me later. P.S. I’m not a family member or related to him, however I’d like to think of him as a Friend that has helped me and my family in one of the most difficult times in my life, and has gotten me more money than I thought I would get… What are you still reading? , CALL HIM!!

When you want to make sure you absolutely, positively understand the laws and regulations relative to a drone issue, give Jonathan Rupprecht a call. I am a 107 operator with over 300 hours and had a question come up over an upcoming project I am working on with the USO. The project was a bit (significantly) different than my typical jobs and involved a variety of challenges. I didn't want to trust my Google research and guesses as to how to interpret Part 107 (and other relevant laws) for this project so I contacted the Mr. Rupprecht, one of the most knowledgeable drone law attorneys I know. The process of getting a consult was straightforward. We were able to set up a call very quickly. The conversation with Jonathan outlined a number of issues I hadn't even thought about and he had very practical solutions and suggestions that were not only within the regs but were also creative videographically. While there are a number of people who claim to be drone experts on the internet, it's great to be able to talk with a drone expert who IS a drone law attorney and licensed to give legal advise and representation.

Having Elaine represent me was one of the greatest blessings of my life. How is that possible you ask yourself? Well, you would have to know my story. Here’s a micro version.
