What can I say but "kudos" to the best lawyers in Florida. It is safe to say and I am shouting confidently that I have gotten the opportunity to have had the service of Michael C. Peckham and Jannell A. Gonzalez to represent me with the most tedious sensitve case ever. He has helped me tremendously with my case which I was indeed thought I have zero percent chance of winning, but Micheal "aka" Mike did what he did best and exemplifies his expertise and won my case . We purchased a home from a local builder who barley completed the home which has multiple issues. We were referred by another attorney Bruce took our case never but never contacted the other attorney. They put together a notice which had already been sent to the builder, when I started to ask questions and not agree he dropped my case after 12k of Fees and inspections. We suggest you do your homework with this lawyer. They are rude and not professional in any way. I have been in the construction industry for twenty years as owner people like Bruce Loren just want you money he does not care about defect right or wrong.

Hubie is the best. He is always available for questions and gives great advice. Look no further this company is the best!

I just want to take the time and say everyone who worked with me on my case deserves a raise. I’m a super anxious person and they assured me that everything was going to be okay. I appreciated that they took the time to take my calls and e-mails. They actually care unlike most and that was what comforted me the most. They made sure I received the settlement I deserved and I couldn’t be more grateful. The process was super long but it was worth it and for that I thank you guys so much.

This attorney does not return phone calls and is totally unprofessional and unethical in his dealings. He does not follow standard practice and almost appears to have elite access to the Judges in Palm Beach county court house Main and north county. He has an co attorney that works with him called sally Benson and she also, has no ethics and Professionalism. He will do whatever it takes to win a case even if it sacrifices ethics. I have experienced this and its very sad. I remain with this alias because of possible repercussions. He does not pursue in settlement agreements only final judgement agreed orders and litigates more and this is very costly. This is my observation and my opinions and experience with this legal counsel.

Went in for an initial consultation that went over the allotted free consultation time (which is apparently 30mins) and received a bill for $2500 for one meeting lasting about 3 hours. Michael never stopped me to tell me I was being charged. Just milked the clock. Terrible

The represantives of this law firm are blatantly rude and unhelpful. Red flags everywhere, did not feel safe or comfortable w their representation.

Hubert (Hubie) rendered professional and meticulous service in my vehicular accident case. Wasn't pushy to get things settled which was good as ultimately the case was settled above what we had thought initially. Hubie was also helpful in being prepared for the deposition on the case and in other aspects of billing support. I hope I don't have to turn to him again but if something unfortunate happens to me, friend or a loved one, I will definitely know where to go or send someone.

Josh, Bruce and staff renewed my faith in attorneys. My wife and I fell victim to a con man builder who half built our home than tried to hold the house for ransom demanding we pay him 40k extra in cash. The builder used a false lein to halt our financing among other despicable actions. Josh and Bruce quickly helped us get it all resolved. They did an amazing job! Their communication and professionalism is first rate. I would highly recommend them.
