Mr Rebuck is excellent. Highly professional and experienced at what he does. I appreciated his honesty in my case to know what to expect considering this was my first divorce. He took on my case that was explained to both of us as simple cut and dry. My ex tried to manipulate after the original promises, and Mr. Rebuck stood firm. Thankfully it resolved in mediation and we didn't have to go to court. This attorney looks out for what is best for his clients not what's best for his pockets. I can't thank them enough. I would recommend Michael to anyone! He’s a straight shooter, speaks candidly, and is not afraid to give you his opinion or tell you how he feels! He was a tremendous help when my ex-wife filed a motion to try to change our parenting plan. I felt like he truly cared for my position and my desire to retain timesharing with my kids and he went to work right away. After a month or two and a drawn out meditation, he was able to get the motion dropped. I hired Michael for divorce proceedings three years ago. I decided to try to make marriage work and stopped proceedings. A year later I knew I had made a mistake and called Michael again to restart proceedings. He immediately remembered case, proceeded forward with no additional funds.
