It has been a pleasure working with Katie in Personal Injury. Mr. Dwyer is a consummate professional. He demonstrates a high level of expertise in his practice of the law. In addition to being a skilled attorney, he is a genuine and compassionate person. I disagree, Rose was both inefficient and negligent. They took my money, then waited for me to pay them whole before letting me know that I was not eligible for Chapter 7. So I was in the hole for $2100.00 and they wanted another $1500 for Chapter 13. I should have been told ahead of time what I was eligible for, so that I could have made an educated choice as to whether to pay the $3600. I discontinued our relationship back in May, and called today in September for my filing fee refund which should have been sent back months ago, and Rose's excuse was Hurricane Irma. I'm sure others have had a better experience, but mine was filled with confusion on their end, and some shady tactics. They left me months behind in bills, as they suggested I stop paying everyone, and broke. Ironically I was better off before my association with them, then after.

Mr Dwyer did my bankruptcy with no hassle , would recommend them for any of legal needs . They always answered my questions when I needed them. The staff is wonderful and very pleasant
