Stay away from this company , they will do the bare minimum expecting 33% , I had to change lawyers because the lack of representation of this firm is terrible .

Should have did some research before using them for my stucco case. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this law firm. They will make it sound great at first but 3 years later and it's impossible to get a response from them. No communication at all. The bad reviews are right. The good reviews are likely fabricated.

Overall, very happy with the outcome of my case. We had water intrusion and had never been through a hurricane only living in Florida a few years. Florin Roebig offered to handle our claim. They were well respected enough to the point that the insurance paid the claim very fast for damages from Hurricane Ian for damages to my roof that although they looked "minimal" on the outside but it turned out that we needed 7 pieces of decking (hurricane had penetrated beneath shingles) replaced and a whole new roof which is what this firm pushed for (our roof was only 8 years old). Had we done the claim ourselves without Florin Roebig's assistance, the insurance would have most likely told us we needed a repair then dropped us. I keep hearing horror stories of people are still fighting the insurance companies 8 months later, who did not get an attorney. I researched it all, including public adjusters. I am glad I got an attorney and selected Florin Roebig to get the job done.

I too have a lawsuit with Pulte due to defects on my home. I was assured that this was an open and shut case but this firm has been stringing me along for several years. I was forced to let them drill a dozen 4 inch holes in my home only for them to tell me they may not be able to recover enough funds to make the necessary repairs. This company does not disclose all the information upfront and it takes numerous emails and calls to get a response. The settlement offer I received leaves me unable to repair my home and I am insulted that I only receive roughly 35% of the monies. I am extremely dissatisfied with this law firm. I would have never hired them knowing how unprofessional and unresponsive they are. Horrible experience.

It’s wild that I’m writing a review for a Law Firm, but here it is. I think that we all go through this odd moment of uncertainty when we’ve been through something traumatic. Whether it’s the questions about returning to work, medical expenses, or even what the next steps in day to day life might look like for you. When I was in my accident I became lost, my vehicle was totaled, my body was broken, and I knew I was going to have to take a leave of absence for work. Just the thought of looking for a lawyer or calling around just added more stress and anxiety to the mixture. Someone had mentioned Florin & Roebig to me and I didn’t even think twice about it. I walked in with the mind set that I was just another case and that they were only there to represent me for insurance purposes. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. The staff at Florin and Roebig insured me almost on a daily basis that I was taken care of, that I was in good hands, and that I didn’t need to handle anything on my own. I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive team. Between making the phone calls I had to much stress to make, to checking up on me after appointment, to insuring I made it to those appointments and that the doctors and care givers were a good fit for me. Words can’t describe the feeling of knowing that my case is over. But words also can’t describe the feeling of knowing that I didn’t just have a legal team behind me, I had a family. I had a group of individuals that were looking out for me… and only me. There are so many things I can say about the amazing people that work in this law firm. But if there’s one thing you can take away from this review, it’s that you’re treated like family here. You’re treated with the utmost respect and in this day and age, that’s extremely hard to come by. I’d like to thank everyone on the Florin & Roebig team from the bottom of my heart.

Absolutely horrible firm, took my hurricane case and then withdrew representation after stringing me along for 5 months. Avoid this firm, they do not do what they say they will do and they are terrible at communicating. They stated an attorney would contact me on a specific date then after no call they wait another 2 weeks to tell me that they are withdrawing representation. Be careful even inquiring about hurricane damage, they will not follow up as they promised to do.

In 2019, we were solicited by a third party that directly works with Florin Roebig, regarding a structural defect on our home. After the third party inspected our home it was determined that we had significant damage. Florin Roebig then contacted us offering to litigate on our behalf to fix the damage. They sent a company out to conduct an estimate. We were told it would take 6 months to one year to finalize the case. Fast forward three years and the revolving door of contacts and our case still was not settled. About one and a half years in, we noticed that all of our neighbors' homes were being fixed for the same defect by the builder. We reached out to the builder and they were unable to help us due to the open case. We requested that Florin Roebig drop our case so that we could have the builder attend to the damage. They assured us that mediation was fast coming to an end, we trusted them; yet, this was not true. We requested a new estimate as it had been so long since the original estimate. They promised us that the original estimate would be honored by the contractor. We believed them, we should not have. I expressed specific concerns regarding the estimate and that the damages would not be covered. They assured us that they would. They lied. We have a three year stream of emails confirming all of the above; yet, they take no responsibility. We also never communicated directly with an attorney. We ended up paying out of pocket over $8,000 to fix the construction defect, which would have been free to us if the builder fixed it or if we had a new estimate as requested. Florin Roebig paid $6,700 for the repair and pocketed over $10,000. I would not recommend trusting this firm and consider the handling of our case to be deeply unethical. They didn't care about us.

They were recommended by another attorney that I respect. I spoke to an associate there last Thursday and never received a call back Thursday or Friday. I mentioned that to my friend, they were surprised and suggested that I call again. I did so at noon on Monday and now it is Wednesday. . . . . .
