The fear of standing in front of a judge/court came and went just as fast, thanks to Bernhardt Riley, Attorneys at Law. I am extremely thankful for the work they did with my case getting the job done and case closed w/o ever stepping into a courtroom. I wish that I could rate Mr. Bernhardt separately than the Russ my experience in case with him was great. He was kind and seem to care about his client and was fair. The experience that I had with other members of The Firm was not so great. I was double-charged for things, an attorney leave who had done all the work on my case only to go to mediation with attorney that was not prepared to represent my case properly. Then I was charged again for the new employees to become up-to-date on my case. That is the cost of doing business when you have someone leave and have turnover inside your company. It is your responsibility to make sure that your client is well taken care of and represented fairly and not double charged because you have staff turnover.
