Your firm came highly recommended by several cycling friends and I see that you are strong in the cycling community but I was less than impressed with my personal experience with your firm. I did not feel that I was kept informed of what was going on, it seemed like I was bounced around from person to person and the last gentleman who was handling my case talked to me like I was and idiot. I feel that you did not do your best for me. I will not be recommending you to my friends.
