I contacted the Fran Haasch Law Firm in regards to a motorcycle accident. From the first telephone conversation and throughout the entire legal process it was evident that they had my best interest in mind. I guess the phrase that most describes it is “they had my back”! I was kept well informed and there was a genuine concern for my sustained injuries and well being. Every contact I had the law firm was positive, and I was always treated with courtesy and respect. HORRIBLE The best way to get screwed is to rely on reviews or the website of a lawyer or advertising. Always call the bar for more info about the lawyer. Called the office and never heard something back. Not uncommon for so called educated people who attend universities. If someone is slow to return phone calls even before you hire them then forget it. It is so hard to pick up the phone and call a potential client who has been injured and you get for a few hours work 30%. Ms Haasch, if you can' t return phone of potential clients then don't waste your money on billboards on US 19 hoping the victims of car crashes will share their compensation with you.

Over my many years in the Bay Area I have referred so many of my friends to her personally and all with great outcomes.
