Exceptional Representation! From the initial consultation all the way through the entire divorce process, Heather and her staff were always there for me. Ms. Gurley always put me first. I feel that she truly cared about me the outcome and what was best for me. I would highly recommend Ms. Gurley and her wonderful staff.

We were up against formidable opponents.
Ms. Gurley did contribute to the funds my kids and I ended up with. However, I received no alimony after 1/4 century of marriage / 34 year relationship. I would’ve benefited from more thorough (rather than brief) communication and education on certain aspects.
I’d advise anyone getting a divorce to bring in a mediator early on to save finances, time, emotional stress, and frustration.

I cannot say enough good things about Heather and her team. She handled my initial divorce, and then a petition afterwards. She was clear, to the point, and gave me wonderful representation. The old saying, “iron fist in a velvet glove” comes to mind. She is assertive and matter of fact, but calm and professional. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a family law attorney.

Heather was my husband’s attorney during his Custody case with his son’s Mother.. Heather is best attorney you could ever have! She’s very knowledgeable, SUPER funny, and is always honest with you.

I was worried about how my divorce would go, particularly since my ex-wife was an attorney. Heather made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Her extensive experience and legal knowledge was invaluable in helping me to understand what twists and turns we might possibly encounter. She kept the process on track and I could not have been happier with the final result. I recommend her without reservation. The process of divorce was incredibly stressful, but having Heather to work with made it a little more bearable.

Heather and her team were absolutely amazing during the whole mediation/child support process! everything was filed promptly with the courts, she kept up with the other lawyer involved to make sure things were being done timely and anytime I had questions or needed help with anything she was always available when I called or emailed, she definitely gave me piece of mind in a stressful time and I will definitely be using her if needed.
