Kyle did a fantastic job helping me with a dicey contract law case. He took this case after another local attorney provided subpar services. Kyle did more in the short time we worked together than she did in over a year. Kyle is communicative, thorough, and transparent. He provides detailed billing and is able to account for all retainer spent (without being asked to). Most importantly, Kyle is approachable, breaks down the legalese and explains everything clearly and in a way that’s understandable to the layperson. I give him my highest recommendation and would work with him again in the future, although I hope I won’t have to!

My divorce went from no-contest to getting served with papers and an alimony request - it was both frustrating and scary and brought on a lot of anxiety. Mr Benda is both patient and thorough, answered all of my questions in a way that made sense and made me instantly feel better. He walked me through the whole process step by step, and answered all of my emails (which were probably tedious and repetitive) with respect and patience. Overall this process became an easy one as he guided me through it - I would highly recommend him!
