Jesica Fico is hands down the best paralegal in the history of paralegals. The rest of you are lucky there isn’t like a competition because you’d lose to her every time. It would probably get old after awhile and make you wanna retire tbh.

After being denied coverage by my car insurance for a Hit and Run that happened to me, I thought I was going to have to eat the cost of car repairs and medical bills. Until Florin Roebig. They took care of everything. Went WAY above and beyond in helping me to repair my car and myself. I am blown away by the help I received, and the care and attention I was shown. No question was too much, no request too trivial, and definitely no stone left unturned. Kathy was assigned to help me, and I can never say thank you enough. Called to ask if I had a case. Started speaking and the receptionist huffed like I was annoying her. Lawyers are probably outstanding but customer service skills the receptionist lacked.

I was unexpectedly sued by a credit card company. 1st and hopefully the last time that ever happens! I received numerous letters from lawyers who knew before I did that a lawsuit had been filed against me in court.... After calling some lawyers, and speaking with most often a secretary, who after asking how much I was being sued for, gave me a price of about the same amount. I rarely spoke to an actual lawyer. Mr Florin did answer my call, and took to the time to go over the papers I received from the process server. He explained what my options were and what he could do for me if I hired him. He also gave me a very reasonable price for his services Well below the other lawyers I might add. Mr Florin was able to get the best results possible in my case. A dismissal !!! He made the whole process very easy for a busy working person and kept me informed of everything. If you need a great lawyer who will do right by you, call this law firm. They do great work, are professional and gets results 👍
