I have been negligent in posting this review because it is negative, but I just attended a workshop about the importance of reviews and feel it is my responsibility to share my experience in case it helps someone else. For me: · The fee was more than double what she initially quoted me. · Her office requested information multiple times, and then two days before the hearing sent me a list of items I needed to produce. The bill reflected each time she reviewed the items. The information was disorganized, and the Judge stated in the hearing that she had a difficult time following it. Had the office provided a template or a big picture summary of how the information was going to be used, I could have organized it better. The reason I hired an attorney was because I did not understand the process, or what was needed. · Our hearing was online. You could hear dogs barking in the background. When the Judge asked about the barking dogs, they were Wendi Hall-Gonzales’s dogs. They barked the entire time until… · Wendi Hall-Gonzales asked for a recess during our one-hour hearing because her dog walker arrived and the dogs escaped her house. She left the hearing for over 10 minutes, and we all waited for her to return from catching her dogs. The dogs were fine, but it was highly unprofessional. · Wendi Hall-Gonzales repeatedly called my ex-husband my husband during the entire hearing even though it was a child support hearing and she was advised many times that he was an ex-husband. · The Judge asked Wendi Hall-Gonzales to adjust her camera on Zoom because we were looking at the top of your head and she was not looking directly at the camera. She would adjust it for a few minutes and then it would shift back to the top of her head. · When I received The ORDER ON VERIFIED MOTION FOR CONTEMPT AND ENFORCEMENT, it was incorrect, and I had to call Wendi Hall-Gonzales and email her to have it amended We were not awarded any attorney's fees. The Judge requested another hearing to discuss attorney's fees and Wendi Hall-Gonzales wanted additional fees to attend the hearing. At the time I was too exhausted to continue and did not want to invest any more money after my experience. I did contact Wendi Hall-Gonzales in September of 2022 and she advised it was too late to have the hearing now, and I would have needed to do it sooner. I do feel we would have had time to discuss the attorney's fees in the hearing if Wendi Hall-Gonzales had not taken a recess to catch her dogs, and that she should have apologized and offered a credit on my invoice for leaving my hearing.

Nicole who is the legal assistant to Wendy what can I say are terrific they’ve handled my case without any pressure on my part they always respond back to me no matter how little I detail that I might have I highly recommend them I will be using them for all legal matters

This attorney is ALL about the Money!!! Make sure you have lots because if you don’t, she will take what you already paid ask for more and if you don’t have it!! ✌️ out. You will have to represent yourself or get another attorney. It is disgusting!! How clients are treated who doesn’t have the money to fight for their rights!!!

Wendi and Nicole are a great team. I know. I thing about the legal system and they took the time to make sure I understood the process! My case went in my favor just as Wendi said! Thank you so very much!

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful! I spent two years and a lot of money in a child support/visitation battle. My previous attorney was young and let it be known he was not interested in family law, just "abiding his time". When the time came up again for legal help (like I knew it would), I found Wendi and Nicole. FINALLY, someone who knows FL family law and actually listened to me, was upfront with what can/can not happen, didn't hold anything back. FINALLY, a paralegal who knew her job as well. Though, I hope my journey will the legal system is finally over, if I need help again, Wendi is the first person I am calling. I will conclude this with what I told her that last we spoke " Wendi, you are a blessing!"

I was terrified in the beginning and very lost not knowing how to do this or what to expect. You made me feel comfortable and you calmed my fears from the moment I first talked with you. Your compassion towards my situation helped to get me through this whole thing. You answered all of my phone calls and emails very quickly which kept me encouraged throughout this process. Stephen was great, he helped me understand my case, he worked with me, and I can honestly say I feel that he cared about me and my case.

Straight forward and very efficient. This is probably the first time I could ever say I had no problems dealing with a lawyer. In fact, it was shockingly pleasant and handled faster than I thought possible. Can’t go wrong here.
