I called Zack Smith to get a free consultation. In my experience, the term "free consultation" usually comes with a catch, but not with Zac. When he says free, he means, "I'll give you a free consultation, even if you don't use my services, because I'm one of the few law firms that still offer truly free consultations for pretty mush any area of law", period. Our conversation turned into a very detailed information gathering session for myself. And the best part? He wasn't trying to push or sell services to me. Also, I was speaking with Zac directly, not just a paralegal. He is extrememly knowledgable, and confident, he isn't arrogant, he's very professional and personable, and he explains everything in layman's terms.
