Horrible experience with this law firm. Wasted over 2 years trying to modify my mortgage and still unresolved. A waste of time and money. Do yourselves a favor, don't bother with this law firm.

Initial conference impressive and honest.

Right after the Great Recession I was able to modify my mortgage after a year long battle with my mortgage company over and over having to resend paperwork and sign things and prove income and prove a hardship. I was afraid the deal being offered was too good to be true so I hired Daryl Jones to read it and confirm the contract should be signed. I really looked to him to ensure I wasn't compromising my property in the future. I felt totally at ease with him, he really has a presence that provides a calm during a scary situation. My experience with Mr. Jones was a great one. He's an attorney that really has his clients well being in mind. Some services in his wheelhouse include but are not limited to: reinstating mortgages, re-modifications, may help with short sales, probate cases, and succession planning. He has offices in Dade and Broward.
