It doesn't matter how many buses you advertise on; when you stop responding to a customer because ??? no clue, maybe my issue wasn't worth enough of your time? I'd used you before, recommended you to everyone who had a need; now, I will recommend against using your firm.

Last Wednesday I sent my paperwork to the law firm. No response so I called on 5/20 and was told lawyer will call today 5/21 at 3:00 pm. Today
I called at 3:20 and was told lawyer is in Alabama and probably hit a "dead zone" when trying to call me. My claim is from Hurricane Michael and I need a lawyer who will take an interest.
