Outstanding attorney in that he possesses an unwavering desire and ability to see that justice prevails. Very responsive. Reasonable rates. Great family man. Seems to have a strong desire to fight for the underdog. Nearly three decades of practice ensures he knows his way around the legal system. Excellent mentor for those interested in jurisprudence and community involvement. Have recently recommended Mr. Peters to a family member.

Was not passionate about my case and told my family several times that no other attorney would take our case if he didn't. Had to convince him to want to support me, he would not do any research, was highly disorganized, and condescending. He had me do his research, organize his papers, provide his arguements, and make the phone calls regrading the case and still charged me extra. He refused to call witnesses and could not even remember where we were in the case many times. It is my opinion that he should not have taken this one as others have posted higher reviews.
