My husband retained this lawyer in March to file our divorce. I was shocked they charged him $1,500, when we have no underage children, or property ect to split. Just a simple uncontested divorce. He thought it was pretty steep but just wanted someone to handle it for him & make sure it was done right. A mo after he told me they mailed me paperwork I called him to let him know I still hadn't received anything. He called back & was told they'd resend it Mon morn. I even called them to give my correct address (as I live in a diff state) just to make sure it wasn't going to a incorrect address. Everytime he calls he's told he has to leave a msg & will get a CB but never does. Several mo later he called again annoyed. When he did get a cb 3 wks later they told him the person he spoke w/felt he was very rude. They said they had issues w/replacing staff & mail issues and would send it soon. It's been almost 8 mo since he retained them and NOTHING has been done. He finally asked for a refund but was told he will only get $750 refunded to him. Which is ridiculous for them keep 1/2 of what he paid them when they have done NO work. If he hadn't requested a refund who knows how long this would have dragged on. Beware retaining this lawyer...

Jenna made the almost impossible happen. We will always be thankful for her caring, knowledgeable and wonderful help in our step parent adoption case. She was very attentive. Any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. We went through 3 lawyers and we always ended up in the same situation. One of the 3 is a very well known firm in this area and the owner of that firm told us there was no way my husband would get full custody and never even suggested step parent adoption. From the very beginning of working with Jenna. We knew we were in the right place. She does so many things that none of the other lawyers did to build a great case. The other lawyers would only take our money and push us into a mediated agreement. Where we would have no way to protect our son. Jenna is a lawyer who really cares. I wish we would have found her years ago. We can't thank you enough Jenna!!!

Ms Garmon and her assistant Tracy were wonderful to work with. I got results in just over a month with finalizing my divorce settlement. I appreciated them very much and highly recommend her.

He did not pursue my best interest or act like he even cared about my situation. Received a huge bill and not much accomplished over 6 months. No resolution was completed. He was very egotistical and arrogant in his dealings with me in person, email, and over the phone.

We used Garmon Law for our adoptions needs. Everything was wonderful. Most of my questions were answered before I even had to ask. I really appreciated the timely and efficient way they communicated. No matter what day or time if they were needed I always got a response. Although the process of adoption can be daunting and emotional, Jenna and her team helped us throughout it all. With all the worry and stress my family and I were under, I was fully confident in their abilities. Thankfully it was one less thing I had to worry about, as I knew everything was under control and handled on that end and I could put my trust in them and focus my attention were it was needed. At the time I contacted Garmon Law I had already called numerous offices and with less than 2mos before the birth mothers due date, we were pushed for time. Initially I thought I would be wasting more time and money if I was disappointed with another firm. Thankfully within the first few minutes I knew I found the one. She knew we had a lot to do in a short time and immediately gave me the information needed and they got to work. Although hard to put a price on adoption, the reality is it can be and is costly. As pricing goes they are very reasonable. One of my other consultations was considerably higher. High enough for us that I thought we may not be able to afford this adoption. I also had consultations that cost less, ultimately sometimes you get what you pay for and was overall disappointed with those. Among the fair pricing there are payment options. They absolutely made this possible by working with us. Although we didn’t need more flexibility, it was available to us as a given option if needed.
