I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from. Bitter loss i guess. I was referred to Ms. Reed by another attorney. I was initially hesitant about her because of how sweet she was, but at our first hearing "WOW" the sweet, softspoken woman was gone. She was awesome. Long story short... I ended up with Majority time share, which is almost unheard of for Dad's in Florida. Super happy with her and her staff

I was coming off a fresh legal loss when I hired Ms. Reed. From that day on, I took losses no more. Custody court is costly, lengthy, very demanding, and obviously stressful. With that being said, if you are serious, you should hire Kim Reed. She is not a slacker and will ask you to not be either. She set me straight on a fault of mine once. I'm a single Dad and my son is now where he belongs, in a positive environment.

MS. Reed gave my son a chance at life! I am a single father and Ms. Reed made that happen and my son is in gifted and talented, a 2 sport athlete and attends Church on Sunday. Had Ms. Reed not kicked butt in court(constantly) , this would not of been possible. And she isn't my first lawyer. She is awesome! 4 years later...

This practice cost my niece her child. If you value your family use a different law firm as they did nothing proactive yet charged thousands simply being reactive which caused her to go into court without representation and she lost her child to whom of course she has been the primary care giver for the 6 years of her life! An amazing single mom who is a pediatric oncology nurse working hard not only for her child but for others as well.

I hired this attorney to handle my divorce/custody case and regret it wholeheartedly. During the free consultation she was very pleasant and positive but a mere three weeks into my case her true colors were blaring: dismissive, rude, immature, and unprofessional. When I mentioned her paralegal rambled on too much about his own personal things (hello, I'm paying you by every 30 minutes), she called me to cut ties...totally blind-sided. I hired her because she was a woman and that was my mistake. She seems to hate other women... I thought I had gotten away from that personality type when I left high school. My case now behind me (and handled quite professionally by the attorney I hired after this lady), I should have put some research into my representation...it is my money after all, and Ms. Reed not only wasted that but my time as well.

With family matters you want to be able to trust your attorney/paralegal....this lady is not to be trusted. Post paid retainer this lady became dismissive, rude, and unprofessional...not what I paid for. My case was ultimately (and quickly) handled by another attorney.
