I wasn’t given the proper information with my first attorney so I came here hoping Bruner could help. I was met by Taylor on the phone with such a pleasant personality. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about car accidents. She explained the entire process slowly so that I could fully understand. She took time to return phone calls and give updates. I have had a great experience with The Bruner Law firm both in person and over the phone, even when I have had to leave the country for personal matters, for the time I have been back I have had updates on the case, and have had no problems whatsoever in with the payment of the hospital thanks to them. I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault. The Hwy patrol came and cited the other driver and gave insurance information for all parties involved. While talking to the insurance company from the person who hit me, they seemed very hesitant to answer questions. This concerned me. I decided to contact an attorney to see what my options were and whether I needed to get one. I contacted Bruner law firm and it was the best decision I made. They did not press me to hire them, they answered my questions, and worried about my health more than anything else(My lower back was hurting the next day). I had never had to use an attorney for a car accident and was not clear on the process. They make it super easy, you get the medical care you need and they handle everything else. I was amazed on how efficient the firm is. I am not a person that chases money, I just wanted to feel better. I went to the doctor and everything was handled by the firm. I can’t say it is worry free, but you don’t have to worry about hidden fees and surprise doctor bills. Communication was done through calls and text. The firm checked on me regularly. In the end, I had enough money to continue to see my doctor and I was very pleased with the situation, even though this would normally be a horrible situation. Thank you!
