My son, was picked up on a "fugitive from justice " charge in PCB, FL. They were holding him without bail for the State of AL to pick him up. He had lived in his own PCB house for 10 years and had just sold it. I guess they were too lazy to look for property in his own name, or to call him and let him know there was a warrant he needed to address in Auburn, AL. He graduated from Auburn University about 20+ years ago. He would've turned himself in. When they picked him up they took him to Bay County jail where he got very sick. He got flu, pneumonia, diarrhea, very high blood pressure, was coughing up blood, had nausea, couldn't lie down to sleep because he felt like he would choke to death on his own phlegm. He also had kidney and trachea damage. He tried to get help but they said he was faking it and ignored him. Attorney James Dowgul teleconferenced into his hearing to make sure my son signed the papers correctly and got a bond for him. Finally we could get him out of there! Of course after one night at home we brought him to the hospital. He's in the ICU having an emergency procedure done right now to remove fluids and pus from his lungs. I'm typing this as I'm sitting in the waiting room to hear from his doctor. If James Dowgul hadn't have helped my son and got him a set bail I've no doubt he'd be dead by now. Thank you James!!! You've saved my son and made me one happy mama. Well worth every penny I paid. He also followed up with us to make sure we got my son out of there. I hope I never have to, but if I did I'd hire James again in a heartbeat. Of course we still have to go to Auburn and settle the other warrant. God Bless 🇺🇸 America!!
