Bigger is not better in my case obviously. I trusted Morgan & Morgan to help me with my slip & fall accident, and have waited a year to find out that I cannot even get assistance with my medical bills. Went through 2 paralegals and 2 attorneys ( not my choice) and feel like my case was just juggled around with no seriousness. Very poor responses on my messages asking for any updates. I was told a couple of times they would help send letters to the doctors & physical therapy to lower what they were charging, never happened. They'd say pay the bills & we'll help you, so I would put bills on credit cards to keep from being turned over to credit bureau. Now 1 year later I'm in incredible debt, loss of income, seriously stressed out to the point of being medicated. Morgan & Morgan I'm disappointed in how I was treated and feel like you aren't for all of the people.. I never asked anything except help pay the bills.. Slip & fall is listed as one of your specialty and was told by the last attorney that this law has been changed to favor the business. Then why take my case & let me believe you could help me?? I only broke a hand & no surgery but the break was serious enough to affect my job & $8,000 + later I'm told sorry but you might can find another lawyer or go to court for another possible $20k .. Not a happy lady here.
