Highly recommended if you need a knowledgeable attorney. The Virga Law Firm PCB was just what I needed. They were Were able to do a consensual step parent adoption, and it went very smoothly. Very happy with my end results.

I made a review a few years ago when Mr. Ritchie was on my case. He did a great job at the time with my case and kept things moving, very knowledgeable and actually fought for me. Then shortly after I was given a different attorney Mr. Melendez. The worst thing that ever happened to my case. It stalled. He never fought for me in court. He would ignore me for weeks/months at a time. Just no response. I had to babysit my lawyer and make sure he was doing something on my case, when I shouldn't have to. I ended up CC the top attorney Mr. Virga and voiced my concerns, at first, I heard back, and he seemed to care. But as the case progressed, he ignored me as well. for months I was told he was working on things but after 6months and nothing being done I had no choice by to drop them. I couldn't afford to keep paying a law firm to not represent me and be ignored when I reached out for updates. I retained this law firm from October 2021 until June 2023. and My case is worse off than where I was when I hired them. I paid them close to $15k in monthly fees and the initial deposit and it was the biggest waste of money and time and now I'm years behind on my cases progress and out so much money I could have used more efficiently elsewhere to help me in my custody case. When I hired a new attorney and asked them to withdrawal from my case, I never got a response. I actually never ever got a response to this day. They ignored me. It wasn't until my new attorney emailed them and requested, they withdrawal. Then they replied to her. So, if you want a Law Firm who cares nothing about your case, or you, you have infinite funds to waste, and don't care about years you will waste in the courts then this is the law firm for you.

Wonderful law firm and staff. They advise and guide their clients through aspects of life that are most difficult and do so with their clients best interests at heart.

Mr Virga went out of his way to answer any questions when I reached out to him any time I had any issues. I worked with David and his paralegal on my divorce and they seemed to really want to help and get everything over with as quick, painless, and timely as possible. Thanks again for all your help!

I highly recommend The Virga Law Firm based on my experience with them. I first met with Mr. Virga for a consult. He made me feel extremely comfortable to share my story and what I needed help with. I originally thought this would a normal brief custody case but after approx five years of back and forth with opposing, I quickly learned why it was so crucial to have this firm on my team. (The length of the case was due to covid and opposing efforts.) David Lohr was my Attonery and Sunny was my Paralegal. David is extremely fair and uses the law and facts to present his case. He is tough but maintains a respectful presence. He is more interested in what is best for the child then hearing both sides argue. I felt like I always got the best advice from him, because I knew he based everything off of what my child would benefit from the most. With David, I felt like we had someone who was genuinely looking out for our case. Even over the course of the years, that compassion never changed. Sunny is an absolute God send. Many times Sunny would reach out just to check on how my daughter was doing. She was always making sure we were handling the waves of the case well. Her compassion for my little family’s well being is unmeasurable to anyone else you could ask to be in your corner. This woman has a heart of gold. With David and Sunny, I felt like a real person with real issues and not just a task on their To Do List. They both had a genuine interest in our case and the outcome. The are no words to fully express my gratitude to David and Sunny. I appreciate them so much for sticking with our case throughout the years. For all the long hours they poured into our case, I’m thankful their persistence brought true justice. (For a short period of time, I had another attorney and paralegal but they moved. My experience with them was brief but the same.) I highly recommend this law firm. If you are coming in with vindication, this is not the firm for you. These are good-honest people looking to help other good-honest people through a tough journey. They are fair and know the law. If you are looking for an Attonery who will represent your case based on what's best for YOUR CHILD, then choosing David and his team is the best choice.

They are a joke I've spent 10k with them over 18 months and yet to get anywhere. I have had to call and schedule every appointment or phone conference that has been made very unsatisfied with virga law Strongly suggest investing your money in a different lawyer I sure wish I would have
