Mr. Sauline is AWKWARD to speak with and socially off putting, kind of like a creepy uncle, in my humble opinion. His office assistant is a great lady to speak with and very pleasant to deal with. He claims when your hire " AL SAULINE YOU GET AL SAULINE" but on atleast two occasions without letting me know other lawyers stood in for him at my appearances. This makes you look silly when your standing there looking for Mr.Sauline but another lawyer steps up. My case was super simple to get handled and he was the cheapest quote I got so I did use his services but I would have spent a little more money and went with someone else if I had know these issue before I went to his office. Al Sauline is a horrible lawyer. He was disciplined by the Florida State Bar last year.( https://www.floridabar.org/public/acap/disc-docs/?icn=202100358&member=11662 ) There is a review on Al Sauline's Yelp who said they complained to the bar. So I assume the Admonishment is the results of that unhappy client in 2022. Our situations are very similar. I hired him regarding misdemeanor case where the evidence clearly contradicts the allegations. The states witness says on recording he did not see the alleged actions. I go into meet Al to discuss the case and he no legal insight other than "the case is weak". He has a deal from the state that I would of got without a lawyer. He says "ok you don't want the first deal they're giving! We will goto trial great news for me its more money!!!" .... I went and immediately got a new lawyer and we will get better results. Al is not a fighter he doesn't really care. This is not the attitude your lawyer should have. You should not have to just settle on the first deal, especially when the state has no chance at proving the case. He was not willing to review the case at all with me. No discussion of the evidence, nothing at all. I have never come across a lawyer not willing to discuss the evidence with his client. Al doesn't want to file motions or negotiate with the DA. For him its take the deal or pay me more for trial. Also all these generic positive reviews are bought and paid for, Sauline pays for his reviews. Sauline keeps suppressing my reviews on google. Sauline is a horrible attorney and the Florida Bar agrees. All of these 5 star reviews are fake. He is trying to bury my review so you don’t read it

I heard Mr Sauline .. to represent me a case I had in Bay county.. when I first meeting I gave him $2,000 cash and I explain to him the facts of the case how the police made false comments on the police report and on their arrest affidavit and that I didn't do what they said I did .. he filed for discovery on my behalf after 2 months still haven't received it from the states attorney's office.. so he files for a motion to compel .. not mentioning the 2 months we was waiting on Discovery move me in in the window of 30 days to a trial.. which in the contract Mr Sauline as you signed stated that I was to give him $3,000 more dollars within 30 days of a trial date,.. so right at 30 days he starts bugging me about wanting 3,000 more dollars and we still haven't received discovery.. I asked him to file a motion to suppress our motion to dismiss on my behalf ..& he tells me that he can't in good faith file those motions..Which is Pure B.S .. a lot of lawyers find a good practice to file a motion to suppress even if there's really no grounds for it just to find out what evidence is being presented or any other information that could come from it to use at trial. But the real reason Mr Sauline didn't want to file the motion is because it would have pushed back the trial date . In his motivation was to keep me within 30 days to get 3,000 more dollars out of me... Because I'm not a lawyer but common Sense will tell me if I didn't move within 30 days of my trial date in the state's attorney still hasn't presented me with discovery I would file for and continuance and you would be granted it no problem. Because how could you prepare for a trial if you haven't received Discovery yet... Anyways he file for the motion to compel and whenever he went to court for it he didn't even address the motion to compel he put in a motion to withdraw from my case. So for $2,000 all I got was a couple of phone calls and the 15 minutes that it took him to fill in the blanks on a pre-written motion of discovery... Needless to say I put on my Big Boy pants ... Found a motion to suppress which wasn't granted because two Panama City police officers Hernandez and Mr schillinger .. came to court and lied under oath and committed perjury and was never held accountable for it so they will continue doing it in their career of course... But like I said before I gained some you for information from the motion to suppress hearing I got the video evidence and presented it to the court and showed that these two officers lied and on my following court date judge grammar called me up inform me that all my charges have been dismissed..... So Mr. Sauline here's a big middle finger up to you for ripping me off for two grand and all you did was 15 minutes worth of work for it... And of course you know a bar complaint was filed on you and I'm not doing with it yet I'm going to continue to push even though the Florida bar association to help people against lawyers there to protect lawyers as long as they pay their fees.... And the whole justice system is fictitious.... And pay attention to Mr sauline's contract States all money is earned upon receipt must be f****** nice... Anyone who would put that in a contract that should be red flags all day and definitely signs to show that you're a crook I had to add one but really this is -10 Stars

Al Sauline was so professional. He was the only lawyer that personally returned my phone call promptly. He took charge and explained different options that could come up with my case. I was facing 1st degree felony of trafficking of a controlled substance, 3yrs minimum mandatory & a $50,000 fine. I was on probation so I had to wait it out in the county jail. Ended up serving 6 & 1/2 months got out w/ time served, 3rd degree possession charge & 4 years probation. Needless to say I was very satisfied with Mr. Saulines performance! Due to the corona virus we were not able to communicate as much as I would’ve liked but he stayed accessible to all of my family. Once I got home & was able to listen to him tear apart the prosecutors case thru audio depositions, there was no doubt about my man! If I would’ve taken it to trial I’m sure we could’ve got it dismissed but I sure didn’t want to risk it.
