The Virga Law firm is an outstanding practice. I was involved in a custody issue that was complex and the lawyers had merely a week to prepare. The lawyers in this firm communicated with me throughout the week and even after hours. I was very pleased with how my case was handled and the level of professionalism from the office staff to the attorney involved in my case. Specifically, attorney Chris Melendez is by far one of the most intelligent attorneys I have met. His knowledge of custody laws and professional yet fierce presence in court worked out to be a primary advantage for my case. My outcome was extremely favorable and I owe this gratitude to the entire practice. I recommend this law firm. The Virga law firm is professional, timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely organized.

They will do nothing but take your money and prolong your case while raking in $500 or more per month. Good Luck getting a meeting with them after hiring them. Good Luck getting paperwork sent and signed on a judges order. MONEY MONEY MONEY that is all they are worried about.

Chad and the team at Westchase Law are amazing. I hired Chad for a long distance relocation with my son. It was granted by the judge a lot sooner than what I had anticipated. Chad and the team were excellent at communicating with me with any questions I had. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if anything else arises.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Terrible at returning phone calls. Let alone asking them to do their job. Always having to hound them to let me know the status of the situation at hand. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is actively wanting to get divorced, etc. Spent well over 3 grand with this law firm and they didn't do anything correct. It was always oh well we didn't do this right we need more money to correct it. Worst law firm in town. I honestly do not know how they have a 5 star rating. Hopefully nobody else has this experience if you use them.

Chad did an awesome job on our prenup. He was extremely careful and thorough. He made sure he had all of the information that was needed. He knew we were pressed for time, and he got the job done well in advance. Chad is an awesome Lawyer with a positive attitude and awesome personality. He cares about his clients, and it shows. He also has an awesome team who were very friendly and compassionate. I will most definitely be referring anyone that we know that's looking for a lawyer to Chad and his team. If 10 stars was an option, that still wouldn't be enough! I can not say how much - over and beyond - Mr. Virga (and his ENTIRE) staff means to me. Not only do they treat you like a person, but they actually take time to care and that's hard to find in attorneys. Please - if you need an attorney in the department that the Virga Firm handles - don't hesitate to contact them! I couldn't have made it through without them!
