She not only did everything we requested but understood my situation as well she had him home the first time she stepped into the court room. We hired Jean to represent our son, and she did a great job. She was responsive to our questions, even after hours. All the charges were dismissed. Also, we live in another state, and none of us had to travel to Florida, which saved us a good chunk of money.

Ms. Downing worked on my case before the recent problems of Veterans trying to get their benefits from VA employees who are not Veterans, made the national news. Having a 4.0 GPA in paralegal and criminal justice studies-graduating Summa Cum Laude soon, my perception is that any parties not approving Ms. Downing;s work and opposing my excellent rating, should support their position by sending me their 4.0 transcript, I will send anyone mine.
