What a wonderful experience with Nadia. Nadia is a "true gem", transparent, passionate, focused and most of all trustworthy. This has been a long process for both my husband and myself. During this time, Nadia has been in contact with us every step of the way. I was a nervous wreck to say the least, but was able to calm down after Nadia's calming persona was communicated both physically and emotionally. She ensured that she was going to take care of us, without truly saying those words. It was evident in her actions coupled with true concern.
