My mother went to Lawrence Davis to have her Will and Trust created/filed. Upon death, I reached out to him requesting an appointment to go over what was in her Will because the legal technicalities were confusing to me. We made the appointment and he called a day later to cancel, saying he “does not want to take the case”.

Mr. Davis has now handled all three of our closings - all of which were smooth and seamless. He was always attentive to our needs, responded very promptly to all our questions and made us feel safe and secure in our transactions. His counsel is always prudent and direct. I worked with Carol Grant and found her to be an extremely intelligent, professional lawyer with a warm heart and passion for helping her clients with their problems. Carol helped me protect my mother’s assets and quality of care, while saving my sanity dealing with Guardianship and the Florida legal system. In July 2020, I needed an emergency guardianship for my extremely ill mother to prevent her assets from being stolen, leaving her destitute. Though very pressed for time, I did my homework through networking and research. I was referred to Carol Grant by another very well-respected attorney in Florida, while I was living in NJ. My mother has dementia and had no way to protect herself. Carol got up to speed on my situation quickly and I was granted temporary and then permanent Guardianship of my mother’s assets by a Florida judge during this pandemic. In this capacity, I was able to protect and use my mother’s assets to allow her to be well taken care of in assisted living where she has her own apartment, gets excellent care and seems to be very happy.
