I have worked with Mark for a number of years. He is a great attorney.

I contacted Mark when I found myself dealing with my bank account be frozen and my funds in both checking and savings account were zero. I told Mark I couldn’t pay him and he decided to take my case and help me regardless. Within a week the freeze was lifted and now we are awaiting a court date to deal with the funds that were taken by this old creditor who was able to garnish my account. Mark dealt with my questions promptly and didn’t wait any time to get me the paperwork, fill them out and file it and get a court date that same day. He answered all of my questions and concerns even knowing that I was unable to pay him. He had compassion in a time where it’s hard to find people who care. He is an excellent attorney and person. If you need help call Mark he will go above and beyond to help you like he did with me. Rarely will you find an attorney that serves the people such as Mark. I will always go to him and send everyone I know who needs help to him. Thank you Mark.

Mark is great. Had someone delaying payment with me for weeks. Mark sent him a letter and he paid in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

This attorney is the only attorney I have hired, and at the same time the worst attorney I have hired. He represented me to collect a Judgment I won. It took him 8 years, what should had took him at most 2 years. When he realized he could not handle it. He threatened to relinguish Legal Representation. When I filed a complaint with the Florida Bar. He brided me to withdraw my complaint, by offering a reduced rate. Finally I gave up. I filed a complaint again with the Florida Bar. They decided he did engage in legal misconduct. I do not recommend him as attorney to hire. He is unprofessional and unethical.
