If you want someone who is very responsive and does exactly what he says he is gonna do - this is your man. My mom passed and I still had to deal with my dad's estate as well. Mr. Friedman did both estates at the same time. Everything went according to plan and on the same time line he stated. It was quick once I was paid in full. Much cheaper than many other attorneys and it didn't drag out (maybe four months and we were done)! Mr. Friedman and his staff were amazing to work with!!!

I hired Steven Friedman to handle a probate matter for me He did a great job for me! He explained the process and handled every single matter quickly and professionally. He kept me in the loop whenever anything was filed with the court and as soon as anything was certified, he immediately sent to me. On one occasion, I needed a certified copy of a document directly from the court because an annuity I was trying to close and distribute to the heirs wouldn't accept the email version of the certified document, Mr. Friedman got it for me right away. After the probate was finished and I had paid my account in full, I needed his help to transfer a vehicle to my name, he handled this right away and didn't charge me although he could have. I highly recommend Mr. Friedman and I would hire him right away if I have any future legal matters.

My wife and I were not payed to say that, and I only speak truth. We started working with Nishan in the beginning of the last quarter of 2019. On February, 2020, we filed our application to the DHS. Keep in mind that's the year that the world started to shutdown due to COVID. You know that you are working with professionals when in the midst of uncertainties, they keep you informed and updated. Therefore, my wife and I never lost faith in Nishan because he proved to be a true professional and someone we can trust. While the US government was trying to figure out what do including the DHS, I received my EAD card on August 2017, and I was approved a permanent resident of the US with a green card on February 2021. It's not simply luck that it all happened within an unforgettable year, when the US unemployment rate was greater than 68%, and with crazy election of the horizon. It takes true professionalism, years of experience, and an in-depth understanding of each clients needs, and that's Nishan. Look no other way if you want live the American dream and become a US citizen, Mr. Mahendran is the lawyer that you should work with.
