Our case was denied the first time we filed with an attorney I won’t mention. We went “attorney shopping” and came across Nishan. He is hands down the best immigration attorney ever! He went all the way to Orlando with us for our interview. When they tried to cancel or appointment last minute, he did everything in his power to stop it. Nishan keeps you up to date with the process and can answer any of your questions and concerns. He also makes sure he prepares you for the interview and tells you what documents can be helpful. I had been trying for a long time to get things right with my home and I was referred to Andrew. Let me tell you my first meeting he assured me after he looked over my file that he could fix everything and things are going to be okay for me. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and more. Thanks and if I know anyone that need help I will most definitely refer them to him.

I feel this place discriminates against people that speak other languages. I called because my mom was interested in coming in because she was interested in writing up a will. Mr. Friedman asked if my mom spoke English. I replied that she didn’t and Mr. Friedman said I can’t help and to go with someone who is bilingual. What kind of answer is that? I am the daughter and know how to speak English and can join her. So people that speak other languages don’t have a right to be seen and get help on writing up a will? My mom and I are shocked with Mr. Friedman’s answer. My mom thought I was joking around with her but unfortunately I wasn’t. I have heard of many lawyers and attorneys who see people that speak other languages with no problem.

Nishan is the best!! We looked and spoked to multiple attorneys before we went with him. He makes you feel comfortable, his communication is great. Keeps you up to date with the process and always answers any questions in a timely manner! I’m very happy we went with him. He was with us every step of the way, is super organized, and prepares you really well for the application documents, interview, etc. He’s done this for many years and I wouldn’t think twice of going with him again!
