Mark Roher is honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and always looks out for the best interest of his clients. He is very kind hearted and really took the time to listen to my concerns. He understood the challenges I faced and helped me decide on the best solution for my situation. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to file my chapter 7 case. I had been trying to file for a couple of years and other attorneys made it seem very complicated. I truly appreciated how cost conscious he was. He would not request financial documents unless he knew they were absolutely necessary. Having Mark as an attorney puts my mind at ease and helps alleviate the stress that comes with bankruptcy and law suits. He is an excellent attorney. I highly recommend him. My Dad had his Citizenship application denied twice, the third time we divided to hire a lawyer to help us with this process. After careful consideration we hired Nishan. He gave us very good recommendations and help us with the process.

Very DECEPTIVE and COLD hearted lawyer. I lost my case in the BIA and 11th circuit and I informed nishan at my consultation that we would have to go to supreme court or re open my case as well as informing him that I been to 12 well reputable lawyers all with consultation fees to try and seek representation and they all told me theres nothing to do and they do not want to take my money for the sake of just taking it. As at the time I had only 3 weeks left to appeal my case. After explaining my case in depth nishan told me if I can get married that will be the key for his case to beat it. So I went through this lengthy process and finally met someone and we got married. After this lengthy process I called nishan and informed him I got the certification he told me"great, I'll talk to you a little later" from that point I called everyday for 2 weeks only to be told by his nice secretary that he was not available. He left me hanging , after making me jump through hoops and hurdles he stopped answering did not even have the decency to tell me anything. Wasted valuable time of my case. BEWARE not a honest lawyer not trustworthy. Gave me false hope has no code of ethics please stay away. I will also be reaching out to the bar about this. This is foul play.
