I hired Mark to handle what I hoped would be a simple bankruptcy. I had a joint credit card with a toxic and dangerous relative and I needed to file bankruptcy to sever all ties with this person. Since toxic relatives refuse to let people go, Mark wound up essentially acting as my divorce attorney. He has been my council and ally, successfully representing me in court with only hours to prepare, preparing a quitdeed, and successfully drafting and filing documents completely outside of his advertised specialty in order to protect me by removing the toxic relative from my home. I truly believe his work literally saved my life. Mark has gone above and beyond, and his legal knowledge is formidable. He's also a very kind person. I highly recommend Mark Roher.
