I have known Nicole Ferry since 2015. So, I knew her as an acquaintance prior to hiring her in December 2016. I hired Ms. Ferry as my attorney in a difficult divorce case. From the moment I walked into her office, I was given excellent advice, fair treatment, time and consideration, and much more, peace of mind, security, and comfort. Ms. Ferry takes very detailed notes, and spends a lot of time with her clients. She was available at all times, even in the evening, as it seemed like everything in the world was coming unglued, Ms. Ferry took phone calls, gave advice, and guided me through the entire process. At times, she served as a counselor, in addition to serving as an attorney. I can't say enough nice things about Ms. Ferry. She is extremely professional, smart, well-organized, punctual, and tenacious. I felt strong with her in my corner, and when I was too exhausted to fight, she did it for me. I now consider Ms. Ferry a friend, someone who helped me in one of the most difficult times in my life. If you're looking for a top-notch attorney, please consider this review. I have some experience with attorneys. Nicole Ferry is in a small group I have titled “My Very Favorite Attorneys”. Out of that very small group, she is definitely my Very Favorite regarding the issue I hired her for; child custody. I’m pretty sure she’d be my favorite in other areas as well, if I had the misfortune to require her services. Beyond the law, of which she is an expert of course, she has shown she recognizes the humanity of the related issues. Nicole Ferry‘s staff are obviously carefully hand-picked, too. They have all proved themselves to me to be true professionals. There is no “drama” in that office - it is all work, and they all care.

Ms. Ferry and her staff are very professional, responsive, and caring. She was well-prepared for my divorce trial, and presented a clear argument that highlighted the critical factors and evidence in my case. Her cross examination of my ex is something I will never forget.

Mrs. Ferry represented me in my divorce. She was easy to talk to too and explained the entire process so I knew what to expect. She also represented during a domestic violence case which led to my filing for divorce. She helped me every step of the way during this very hard time in my life. Let me start by saying Nicole Ferry is not only a great attorney but a wonderful, caring, person in general. I have been going through a very complex divorce and when I say complex that's an understatement. I had initially hired a different attorney in Pensacola, my 2 hearings with him were a complete nightmare and he might as well had not even been there. I fired him that day and called Ms. Ferry's office her staff got me in to see her the next day. She was very attentive and before our meeting was over I knew that she was the right attorney for me. 2 years into this and as difficult as it has been Ms. Ferry still remembers things I told her the very first time we met without me even saying anything. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her staff. The staff is as wonderful and caring as she is. She has been on top of everything every step of the way. Divorce is never easy or pleasant but I can say I have always felt very confident with Ms. Ferry's skill and knowledge of family law and she is not afraid to get out there and fight for you. Your not just another client she really cares about you and it shows. I can not understand why any one would say anything negative about her. I can say she has worked with me and my case beyond what I ever imagined. I would recommend her to anyone that is in need of a GREAT attorney, because she is!!!
