He was referred to me by a friend who worked at the courthouse, and he did not disappoint. Not only did I get the results we hoped for, but he helped me long after the trial was over. Also, he worked with me financially with a payment plan, empathizing with my circumstances. He knows what he’s doing and does it well. Highly recommend!

Mr. Barnes tried a case for me years ago and did an absolutely amazing job so I went to his office to utilize his services again recently and he remembered me 😊 well after I explained to him my situation he offered to come to court on my behalf.. what I deemed a situation he turned into a small fine and a slap on the wrist. James was amazing and really took the time to personally get to know my husband & myself! It was storming when we left his office and he even let us use his umbrella so we would not get wet...now that is outstanding customer service. We really look forward to him handling my husband's case.

I can say mr.barnes an his team do there job . I had a case back in March an I hired me.barnes. The last few months the state didn’t want to work with use . Well mr.barnes an his team stood toe to toe with them . So as of three days ago the judge Signed an granted the motion to suppress illegal search an seizure. Mr. Barnes is an extremely intelligent and knowledgeable lawyer with whom I had a great experience. His staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mrs. Elizabeth.
