I have heard nothing but positive results from individuals who have hired Mr. Barnes. He is professional and fights for his clients.

Mr Barnes took my stress away from the moment we met. He laid out his plan and then executed that plan and the result was a dismissal of my charges. I left him alone to do the job he said he would do, but he was right there if I had a question. He gave me his cell number too. What lawyer does that? Finally, his price was less than anyone else even close to his experience and reputation. Thanks, bro

James R. Barnes is a man of the highest level of integrity, he exceeded all of my personal expectations deeming him a phenomenal attorney at law. Mr. Barnes is much more than any adequate attorney, he is a man to stand next to you in the deepest of trenches and tell you that everything is going to be just fine.. followed by the witty banter of course, which he has practiced possibly just as much as he has with that of the courtroom. James R. Barnes is by all means the attorney that you would want on your side due to the persistence and intuitiveness he provides to all of his cases. Given the relative nature of my case in particular, Mr. Barnes showed the compassion and empathy I needed at that time, this compassion turned into neck wrenching anger that i feel he used as fuel to aid the final resolution of my case. I am quite pleased with the way my situation found it's ultimate conclusion. I would trust him with my representation and even my future once more without the single most batting of an eye. To acknowledge the alternative side of the coin, I truly feel sorry for the unfortunate attorney to stand in his way within the courtroom! Once Mr. Barnes comes alive within the closed doors of a courtroom he will fight tooth to nail for the ones in which he represents. I think this is due to his true empathy for those in deepened crisis. Fighting throughout the courtroom is quite terrifying, but i can tell you that from my personal experience I was much more at ease knowing that I had the Mike Tyson of attorneys on my side of the figurative ring. With Mr. Barnes' help, you too can feel secure knowing that your case is within the supportive hands of not only an amazing attorney, but that of a truly great man with the drive to finish exactly what he started.

I recently found myself needing a lawyer. I was living in Georgia and now needed someone I could trust not only with my money but also my LIFE. I highly recommend Attorney James R. Barnes. I found myself in need of a lawyer and didn't know who I should hire. With the help of Avvo and Google, I was able to find three lawyers to consider. Mr. Barnes is a GREAT LAWYER. Was skeptical getting a lawyer for my boyfriend dealing with the serious charge he had. I didn’t have any hope knowing the Florida system. I hired James Barnes to help me with a criminal matter that I got myself into. From the first meeting he had me at ease with everything going on. I was worried about prices but he works with a payment plan that was easy to do. He was totally worth every penny if not more cause he got my case dropped. Hopefully I will never need him again. But for any reason He is my go to lawyer from now on. If you need a good criminal lawyer give him a call you will not regret it. He will work hard for you.

Paid this guy a great deal of money and he basically sent my nephew to prison for life (1st time.offender), dodged calls,didnt show up for a few hearings..DO NOT waste your time and money on this crook...
